Commonly washed arabica coffees are grown in Mexico with fairly average coffees, amigo. The Mexican coffee is not only literally in altitude, but in interesting, hard to describe and sometimes unpredictable flavors will found. There is coffee from Mexico called "altura" which produce in mountainous region near Coatepec that characterized by a light body, but with a slightly sharp, dry acidity, which sometimes has nutty or chocolate hints.
