MartiniqueColumbus once described about this Martinique, "the most beautiful country in the world". It was Captain Gabriel Mathieu de Clieu who decided to plant the coffee tree in 1720s. It was stolen from Louis XIV's royal greenhouse.
Central America
Completeness in terms and body, flavor, and aroma, distinct the coffee from Central America, lies from Costa Rica to Trinidad & Tobago. However, different pasture, different grasshopper. And so, different country, different coffee.
