A good crop will produce a cup that is an exquisite balance of nutty aroma, bright, but not overwhelming acidity, delicate sweetness, and a clean but nectar like finish. And Japan has nearly thirty years been its major purchaser. Well at least, the Japanese know what is the best coffee taste like, are?
