HondurasProduces washed arabicas, clean with good acidity and flavor, possibly lacking only slightly in all. Even not in a gourmet class, but it is high quality coffee and a worthy contributor to a blend. Maybe there are something else in Honduras that worth to be explore than the coffee.
Central America
Completeness in terms and body, flavor, and aroma, distinct the coffee from Central America, lies from Costa Rica to Trinidad & Tobago. However, different pasture, different grasshopper. And so, different country, different coffee.
